PROGRAM OVERVIEW

I. Talent Cultivation Orientation and Goals
The talent cultivation orientation of the discipline of Electronic Science and Technology at Shenzhen University is to meet the major strategic needs of the country, base on the construction of the "dual - zones", focus on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, adhere to the "Four - for" principle, and cultivate high - quality and high - level innovative talents in the field of Electronic Science and Technology. The talent cultivation goal is to train high - level innovative and international - oriented talents in the field of Electronic Science and Technology with excellent political literacy, solid professional knowledge, outstanding scientific research capabilities, and broad international vision.


II. Disciplinary Research Characteristics and Contributions
This discipline has distinct research characteristics. Based on the construction of the "dual - zones" and relying on the National Key Laboratory of Radio - Frequency Heterogeneous Integration, it conducts scientific research and has made key breakthroughs in areas such as three - dimensional heterogeneous integration, single - bit radar micro - systems, and terahertz high - power amplification. It has provided an important scientific and technological platform for China's semiconductor chip industry, important technical support for the development of national defense weaponry and equipment, and important solutions for the development of low - altitude economy in Shenzhen.


This discipline has four secondary disciplines, and their research directions and disciplinary advantages are as follows:


(A) Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology


1. Research Direction: Focus on areas such as radio - frequency integrated circuit systems, intelligent sensing, intelligent antenna design, electron beams, terahertz electronics, and new microwave components, and carry out applied basic research and core technology research.

2. Disciplinary Advantage: Led by Professor Mao Junfa, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the president of Shenzhen University, there is the National Key Laboratory of Radio - Frequency Heterogeneous Integration. It undertakes dozens of major national scientific and technological tasks in the field of radio - frequency integrated circuits and electronic packaging integration, overcomes key problems in the field of radio - frequency heterogeneous integration, and develops a series of microwave and millimeter - wave components, integrated circuits and systems for major national needs, making important contributions to the implementation of many major national projects and the development of national defense equipment.


(B) Circuits and Systems


1. Research Direction: Conduct applied basic research and core technology research around the field of intelligent sensing integrated circuits and systems for unmanned platforms, supporting the development of Shenzhen's low - altitude economy.

2. Disciplinary Advantage: There are platforms such as the Guangdong Intelligent Unmanned Systems and Autonomous Environment Sensing Engineering Technology (Joint) Research Center and the Guangdong Integrated Circuit Talent Training Base. In response to the resource - limited problem of unmanned systems, it breaks through technical bottlenecks such as massive data sensing, processing, transmission, and storage, and forms a series of innovative results with international influence, such as single - bit radar micro - systems, intelligent image sensing chips, intelligent embedded systems, and high - speed single - bit ADC chips.


(C) Microelectronics and Solid - State Electronics


1. Research Direction: Focus on new semiconductor storage devices, functional thin - film and devices, and surface - acoustic - wave devices, achieving many results in functional material preparation, device processing, and application research.

電磁場(chǎng)與微波技術(shù)

1. 研究方向:聚焦于射頻集成電路系統(tǒng)、智能感知、智能天線設(shè)計(jì)、電子束及太赫茲電子以及新型微波元器件等領(lǐng)域,開(kāi)展應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究和核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)。

2. 學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì):由深圳大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)中科院院士毛軍發(fā)教授領(lǐng)銜,建有射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。承擔(dān)射頻集成電路與電子封裝集成領(lǐng)域數(shù)十項(xiàng)國(guó)家重大科技任務(wù),攻克射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成領(lǐng)域關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,研制出一系列面向國(guó)家重大需求的微波毫米波元器件、集成電路與系統(tǒng),為國(guó)家多項(xiàng)重大工程實(shí)施和國(guó)防裝備研制做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。

電路與系統(tǒng)

1. 研究方向:圍繞無(wú)人平臺(tái)的智能感知集成電路與系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,開(kāi)展應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究和核心技術(shù)攻關(guān),支撐深圳市低空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

2. 學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì):建有廣東省智能無(wú)人系統(tǒng)與自主環(huán)境感知工程技術(shù)(聯(lián)合)研究中心、廣東省集成電路人才培養(yǎng)基地等平臺(tái)。針對(duì)無(wú)人系統(tǒng)資源受限問(wèn)題,突破海量數(shù)據(jù)感知、處理、傳輸、存儲(chǔ)等技術(shù)瓶頸,形成單比特雷達(dá)微系統(tǒng)、智能圖像傳感芯片、智能嵌入式系統(tǒng)、高速單比特 ADC 芯片等一系列具有國(guó)際影響力的創(chuàng)新成果。

微電子學(xué)及固體電子學(xué)

1. 研究方向:圍繞新型半導(dǎo)體存儲(chǔ)器件、功能薄膜與器件及聲表面波器件,在功能材料制備、器件加工和應(yīng)用研究方面取得諸多成果。

2. 學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì):由國(guó)家杰青獲得者汪國(guó)平教授領(lǐng)銜,建有廣東省柔性可穿戴能源與器件工程技術(shù)研究中心等平臺(tái),在高世代聲表面波材料與濾波器產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域榮獲國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng) 1 項(xiàng),在新型納米器件、人工微結(jié)構(gòu)材料與器件等方向的成果得到諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者等國(guó)際頂尖科學(xué)家在 Science、Nature、Rev. Mod. Phys. 等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上分別作為亮點(diǎn)、封面評(píng)價(jià)。

物理電子學(xué)

1. 研究方向:圍繞冷原子物理、量子精密測(cè)量、激光技術(shù)、納米光子學(xué)等開(kāi)展高水平、前沿性理論及應(yīng)用研究。

2. 學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì):建有光電子器件與系統(tǒng)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等平臺(tái),在光晶格冷原子體系的量子關(guān)聯(lián)與相變、玻色凝聚原子體系量子相變動(dòng)力學(xué)的普適特性表征等方面取得系統(tǒng)性創(chuàng)新成果,提出基于絕熱量子相變的高精度相位測(cè)量理論,建立基于冷原子的量子精密測(cè)量與傳感有效方案,產(chǎn)生一批具有重要國(guó)際影響的成果。

 崔熹旻,男,1991年7月,博士,深圳大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院助理教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,廣東省珠江人才計(jì)劃青年拔尖人才,深圳市鵬城孔雀計(jì)劃特聘崗位。2014年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)匡亞明學(xué)院理科強(qiáng)化班物理方向,2018年在香港中文大學(xué)取得物理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2019-2021年于瑞典查爾姆斯理工大學(xué)進(jìn)行博士后研究工作。曾獲南京大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,香港中文大學(xué)楊振寧獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。近年來(lái)主要從事貴金屬納米材料設(shè)計(jì)與制備,光與納米材料相互作用機(jī)制,以及激光光鑷納米級(jí)操控技術(shù)等方面研究,先后在Science Advances,Chemical Reviews,ACS Nano,Advanced Functional Materials,Nanoscale等國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表SCI論文十余篇,并擔(dān)任Light: Science & Applications,Nanoscale,Optics Express等多個(gè)期刊的評(píng)審人。

Ximin Cui received his B.S. degree in physics from Nanjing University in 2014. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in physics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018, working under the supervision of Prof. Jianfang Wang. He joined the group of Prof. Mikael Ka?ll at Chalmers University of Technology as a postdoctoral fellow from 2019 to 2021. He is currently an assistant professor at the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University. Dr. Yachao Liu is currently an associate professor in the College of Electronics and Information Engineering at Shenzhen University (SZU). He received his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from Hunan University in 2013 and 2018 respectively. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at SZU from 2018 to 2021, and served as a visiting researcher at the University of Birmingham (UK) from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Liu’s current research focuses on the physical theory and experimental study of artificial optical structures and light field manipulation. He has published more than 40 papers indexed in SCI, with his work being cited over 2,000 times. Dr. Liu’s achievements have been recognized with funding from the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (CPSF), and Shenzhen Municipality. He currently leads two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).

Ren Xue, male, is a specially-appointed associate researcher, assistant professor, and PhD supervisor at the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University. He obtained his PhD in Philosophy from City University of Hong Kong. He specializes in research related to new-generation mobile communication antenna technology and radio frequency (RF) circuits, and has participated in research projects such as the National Basic Research Program (973 Program) and key projects of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. Several antennas designed by him have been successfully applied to China's satellites. In recent years, he has published more than 30 papers in international academic journals. His research achievements have been invited to be presented at the European Microwave Conference. Currently, he is a member of the high-level overseas talent pool in Shenzhen and a member of the Peacock Plan team in Shenzhen. He serves as a reviewer for multiple international journals including IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation (IEEE TAP), IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters (IEEE AWPL), IEEE Access, Microwave and Optical Technology Letters (MOTL), IET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation (IET MAP), and Nano. He has guided students to win awards at mainstream industry conferences (such as IEEE APCAP) and top organizations (such as Huawei). Kedi Wu received the bachelor's degree and Ph.D. degree in physics from the Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. His Ph.D. dissertation was on Fourier Analysis and Simulations of Optical Invisibility, Nanopatterns Recognition, and Super-resolution Imaging. In 2014, he joined the Shenzhen University in China as a Post-Doctoral Researcher where he worked on the design and development of metamaterials, plasmonic devices and subwavelength gratings. In 2016, he joined the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as a Research Fellow where he worked on the design of mid-IR lasers and metasurfaces. In December 2017, he joined the College of Science, Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a Professor. In December 2021, he joined Shenzhen University.
