(Non-degree Program)

根據教育部中外語言交流合作中心發布的《國際中文教師獎學金申請辦法（2024年）》，結合我校實際情況，制定本獎學金項目（非學歷生）申請指引。

為滿足國際社會對日益增長的中文教育類人才的需求，促進世界各國中文教育的發展，助力國際中文教育人才的成長，教育部中外語言交流合作中心（以下簡稱中心）設立國際中文教師獎學金（以下簡稱獎學金），聚焦培養合格的海外中文教師?？鬃訉W院、獨立設置的孔子課堂，部分漢語考試考點，外國相關教育機構、高校中文師范專業/中文院系、國外有關中文教學行業組織、中國駐外使（領）館等（以下簡稱推薦機構）可推薦優秀學生和在職中文教師申請到我校學習和進修國際中文教育及相關專業。

現將2024年深圳大學國際中文教師獎學金項目（4周）非學歷生招生辦法發布如下：

一、資助對象

1.身心健康，品學兼優；

2.非中國籍人士；對華友好，無違法犯罪記錄，遵守中國政府的法律、法規和學校的規章制度；

3.有志于從事中文教育、教學及相關工作；

4.年齡為16-35周歲（以2024年9月1日計），在職中文教師放寬至45周歲。

I. Eligibility

a) In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic performance and conduct;

b) Non-Chinese citizens; should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university;

c) Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;

d) Aged between 16 and 35 (as of September 1, 2024). The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.

二、獎學金類別及申請條件（非學歷生）

1．四周線下研修生

II. Categories and Qualifications (Non-degree Students)

a) Scholarship for Four-Week Program

The program commences in July 2024 and provides scholarship for 4 weeks, covering tuition fee, dormitory fee (double room) and medical insurance expenses. Applicants can apply for the major of Chinese language study, and shall have an HSK Test score. Applicants can apply in groups organized by the recommending institutions and contact the host institutions in advance to confirm study plans in China and submit applications to the CLEC (Center for Language Education and Cooperation) for approval. Each group may consist of 15-20 students.

三、申請流程及時間

1.申請流程

1）申請者可登錄中外語言交流合作中心網站（http://www.chinese.cn）國際中文教師獎學金板塊，查詢推薦機構與接收院校，在線提交申請材料，關注申請進程、審核意見與獎學金評審結果；

2）登錄我校在線申請網站（https://status.szu.edu.cn/szulxs/stuzs/stuLogin.action?fpage_id=216）進行申請（選擇【202407-暑假漢語班】，備注處請注明“國際中文教師獎學金申請者”）；

3）院校審核；

4）中外語言交流合作中心授予獎學金；

5）接收院校發放錄取通知書；

6）按接收院校錄取通知書規定的時間入學報到。

2.申請截止日期（以北京時間為準）

2024年7月入學：學生申請截止日期為4月15日。

中心委托專家組集中評審：根據 HSK、HSKK考分和級別等因素擇優資助。

III. Application Procedures and Deadlines

A. Application Procedures

a) Applicants should visit the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (http://www.chinese.cn) to check the recommending institutions and host institutions, submit application materials online, and receive notices on the application process, review comments, and results of the scholarship evaluation;

b) Applicants should also submit the application on the official website of College of International Exchange, Shenzhen University (https://status.szu.edu.cn/szulxs/stuzs/stuLogin.action?fpage_id=216). Please select [202407-Summer Chinese Course] and note down that you are an applicant for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship in the system;

c) Host institutions review the eligibility of applicants;

d) CLEC awards scholarship;

e) Host institutions issue admission letters;

f) Admitted students must complete the registration procedures according to the date stated in the admission letters.

B. Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)

For program commencing in July 2024, applicants must complete their applications by April 15. CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores and other factors.

四、申請材料

1.護照照片頁掃描件；

2.HSK、HSKK 成績報告（有效期兩年）掃描件；

3.推薦機構負責人的推薦信；

4.未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華法定監護人署名的委托證明文件；

5.在職中文教師須附上就職機構出具的在職證明和推薦信；

6.無犯罪記錄證明；

7.外國人體格檢查記錄。

IV. Application Materials

a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);

c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions;

d) Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China;

e) In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer;

f) Non-criminal record certificate;

g) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

五、關于在職中文教師和漢語橋獲獎者

1.在職中文教師

在職中文教師申請各類獎學金，可提供就職機構出具的在職證明和推薦信，免提交漢語水平考試（HSK）證書。

2.漢語橋獲獎者

在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得 2023年度“國際中文教師獎學金證書”者，登錄國際中文教師獎學金網站，憑獎學金證書向深圳大學提交申請材料。如有問題，請咨詢[email protected]。

V. Policies Regarding In-Service Chinese Language Teachers and “Chinese Bridge” Winners

a) In-Service Chinese Language Teachers

In-service Chinese language teachers may be exempted from HSK certificates if they provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer.

b) “Chinese Bridge” Winners

Applicants who have received the 2023 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during the “Chinese Bridge” competitions may submit their application materials along with their scholarship certificates to Shenzhen University on the official website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. 六、其他

1.未按時報到、入學體檢不合格、中途退學、休學者，取消獎學金資格。

2.申請者只能申請一種由中國政府機構提供的獎學金，重復申請視為無效，一經查實將取消獎學金資格。

VI. Miscellaneous

a) Students who fail to register on time, fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from the university before completing the program, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.

b) Applicants can only apply for one type of scholarship provided by the Chinese government. Repeated applications will be considered invalid and will be disqualified upon verification.
