為進(jìn)一步便利中外人員往來(lái)，自即日起，有關(guān)歐洲國(guó)家（名單見后）持中國(guó)相關(guān)有效居留許可（工作類、私人事務(wù)類、團(tuán)聚類居留許可）人員，可向中國(guó)駐這些國(guó)家任何使領(lǐng)館免費(fèi)申辦來(lái)華簽證。相關(guān)人員入境后須遵守中國(guó)地方政府防疫管理規(guī)定。

To facilitate exchanges between China and European countries, nationals from the European countries listed below who hold valid residence permits for work, family reunion or personal matters, may apply for visas free of charge at any Chinese embassy or consulate in these countries. After entry into China, they are requested to observe the epidemic prevention regulations of the local governments.
