" Municipal Environment and Public Health " doctoral program includes modern civil engineering, municipal engineering, environmental science and engineering, biology, medicine, ecology, biological resources and engineering, geography, toxicology and informatics Supported by multidisciplinary cutting-edge science and technology. It is an emerging interdisciplinary subject that studies the relevant theoretical techniques and methods for the coordinated development of human urban health and the environment. 牛青山教授長期從事于電子材料,能源材料及反滲透膜材料的教學(xué)、科研和產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作。先后在美國康奈爾大學(xué)和加州大學(xué)伯克利分校任教授助理,在美國知名跨國企業(yè)陶氏化學(xué)和通用電氣擔(dān)任高級(jí)研究員,首席工程師及首席科學(xué)家等職務(wù)。2014年任中國石油大學(xué)(華東)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院教授、博導(dǎo),現(xiàn)任深圳大學(xué)高等研究院特聘教授。已在國際、國內(nèi)發(fā)表有影響力的文章近40篇,被授權(quán)19項(xiàng)美國專利,授權(quán)3項(xiàng)中國專利,正在申請15項(xiàng)中國專利,在業(yè)界有較高的知名度和影響力,引領(lǐng)了國內(nèi)外水處理工藝及過程-反滲透膜材料的技術(shù)方向。
英文簡介
For over twenty years, Professor Niu had worked in USA as an educator, researcher and innovator in the area of electronic materials, energy materials and reverse osmosis membranes: first at Cornell University and UC Berkeley as a Professor Assistant, then at The Dow Chemical Company(Dow)and General Electric Company(GE)as a Principal Scientist. Since 2014, he has worked in China as a Distinguish Professor in the field of materials science and engineering: first at China University of Petroleum (East China) and now at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS), Shenzhen University. He has published nearly 40 influential articles internationally and domestically, 19 US patents have been authorized, 3 Chinese patents have been authorized, and 15 Chinese patents are being applied for. He has a high reputation and influence in the industry, leading the technical direction of membrane materials and process in domestic and foreign water treatment processes.

Chem.等頂級(jí)期刊發(fā)表論文近30篇,他引千余次。研究旨在開發(fā)新型即時(shí)診斷工具實(shí)現(xiàn)“讓樣品應(yīng)答”的生物標(biāo)記物分析,使得對疾病的檢測和防治更為有效。擬發(fā)展的便攜式且可實(shí)時(shí)傳輸?shù)幕瘜W(xué)傳感器將整合新的檢測方法以促進(jìn)對患者的早期診斷與藥物治療。我們整合多學(xué)科發(fā)展各類傳感與檢測方法,包括基于智能手機(jī)的生化傳感器、分子診斷學(xué)、芯片實(shí)驗(yàn)室、微流控以及具有等離子共振性質(zhì)的納米材料。
I have published nearly 30 papers in top journals including Chem. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., Angew. Chem., Nat. Plants, and Anal. Chem., with total citation of >1000. Our research goal is to develop novel point-of-care diagnostic tools for automated “sample-to-answer” biomarker analysis, to empower the capability on disease detection and management. These portable and connected chemosensors will be integrated with new assay methods to facilitate early diagnosis, personalized medicine, and bring healthcare closer to the patients. We will apply interdisciplinary approaches to create these detection systems, including smartphone-based sensors, molecular assays, lab-on-a-chip devices, microfluidics, and plasmonic nanomaterials.

許杉杉,女,深圳大學(xué)高等研究院研究員,主要從事生物醫(yī)用材料領(lǐng)域,擅長構(gòu)筑材料表面微納結(jié)構(gòu)、特殊力學(xué)響應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)及藥物控釋體系,并利用流變、差熱、散射等技術(shù)揭示結(jié)構(gòu)與性能關(guān)系。2004年本科畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué),2009年博士畢業(yè)于中科院化學(xué)所,并留所擔(dān)任助理研究員、副研究員。2016年6月至今,擔(dān)任深圳大學(xué)高等研究院研究員;2019年至今在美國馬里蘭大學(xué)工學(xué)院兼職副教授。超過15年高性能植入型醫(yī)療器械的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)及性能評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Xu Shanshan, female, researcher, Institute of Advanced Research in Shenzhen University, specializes in the field of biomedical materials. She is good at building surface micro-nano structure, special mechanical response structure and drug controlled release system, the relationship between structure and performance is revealed by using rheologic, differential thermal and scattering techniques. In 2004, she graduated from Tsinghua University, and in 2009, she graduated from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. June 2016-present Shenzhen University as a research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies, and 2019-present adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Technology. More than 15 years experience in design, development and performance evaluation of high-performance implantable medical devices.

毛石清是中國科學(xué)院上海生化細(xì)胞所博士,劍橋大學(xué)腫瘤研究所博士后,現(xiàn)任深圳大學(xué)高等研究院研究員。一直聚焦于DNA修飾,組蛋白修飾在哺乳動(dòng)物早期發(fā)育及其在腫瘤等疾病基因組中的機(jī)制和功能進(jìn)行研究。近年圍繞DNA修飾酶,組蛋白等在細(xì)菌及藻類基因組中的演化與生理功能進(jìn)行探索。近年以第一或共同第一作者身份在Cell Stem Cell,Stem Cell Research,Nature Structure Molecular Biology,Biochemistry等發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文,他引超 2500 次。
Dr Mao graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and finished his postdoc training in Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. His PhD and postdoc research focused on the functions of DNA methylation and histone modifications in mammalian early development and cancer progression. Recently, his lab also expanded the research area to 1) genomics sequencing and bioinformatical analysis of DNA modifications in algae; 2) bioinformatical inference of interplay between DNA methylation and transposon elements; 3) machine learning discovery of novel proteins in archaea. He has published multiple first or last author research articles on Cell Stem Cell, Stem Cell Research, Nature Structure Molecular Biology, Biochemistry etc, which have been cited more than 2500 times.
房國豪
Guohao Fang
房國豪,博士畢業(yè)于英國倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院,深圳大學(xué)高等研究院 特聘教授,國家級(jí)青年人才,主要研究方向包括:1)新型可持續(xù)建筑材料的基礎(chǔ)理論和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,主要涉及多源固廢基地質(zhì)聚合物研究;堿激發(fā)材料研究;生活、工業(yè)固體廢棄物建筑資源化利用;碳吸收、碳固化技術(shù)研究。2)智能建筑材料的基礎(chǔ)理論和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,主要涉及微膠囊自修復(fù)技術(shù)研究;濱海基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施智能防護(hù)體系研究;輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)建筑材料研究;土壤資源化可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究。
Ph.D., Prof. Guohao Fang, he is graduated from University College London, a full-time professor at Institute for Advanced Study, Shenzhen University and is awarded as National Excellent Young Talent. His research interests include: 1) Fundamental theory and key technologies of novel sustainable building materials related to the research of geopolymer materials, alkali-activated materials, utilization of solid waste and carbon absorption technology. 2) Fundamental theory and key technologies of smart building materials related to the research of microcapsules based self-healing technology, intelligent system for the protection of coastal infrastructure; Light weight and high strength construction materials; Sustainable development of soil resources.
張新旭
Xinxu Zhang
現(xiàn)任深圳大學(xué)高等研究院研究員、助理教授、PI。研究方向主要為:(1)深海微生物驅(qū)動(dòng)碳、氮等元素地球化學(xué)循環(huán)的機(jī)制。(2)水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物的微生物組與宿主的免疫互作機(jī)制。(3)分離培養(yǎng)新型的古菌和細(xì)菌,開發(fā)益生菌劑和活性蛋白。先后主持4項(xiàng)國家級(jí)、1項(xiàng)省級(jí)和2項(xiàng)市級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。
Researcher, assistant professor and PI at the Institute for Advanced Study, Shenzhen University. Research directions: (1) The mechanism of deep-sea microorganisms in carbon and nitrogen biogeochemical cycles. (2) Interactions between aquatic animals and their microbiomes. (3) Isolation and cultivation of novel archaea and bacteria, and development of probiotics and bioactive substances. Successfully led four national, one provincial, and two municipal research projects.
