Program Overview

The doctoral program adheres to the student-oriented, guided by the improvement of original innovation ability and engineering practice ability, and strives to cultivate a group of high-level innovative talents and industry backbone in the field of modern electronic information with solid basic knowledge, high professional quality, strong innovation and practice ability, and a sense of mission, responsibility and good international vision.

The doctoral program has formed a faculty team with academicians, national high-level talents and enterprise experts as the backbone. There are nearly 20 scientific research platforms such as the National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data System Computing Technology, the National and local joint Engineering Laboratory of Medical Ultrasound Key Technology, and the Guangdong Digital Creative Technology Engineering Laboratory. With Huawei, Tencent, Mindray and other electronic information leading enterprises to establish a joint training base for graduate students, formed a complete talent co-education, process co-management, results sharing, responsibility sharing of the tight school-enterprise cooperation personnel training model.

Research interests in this field: biophotonics, new mechanism of micro-scale light field regulation, micro-structure fiber sensing, ultrafast diagnostic technology, X-ray phase contrast imaging, new semiconductor optoelectronic devices, etc.

深圳大學特聘教授,國家杰青,SPIE/Optica/COS Fellow。從事多模態非線性光學成像、超分辨成像、納米生物光子技術和光治療等研究,主持國家重點研發計劃,國家自然科學基金重大儀器等。發表SCI論文500余篇,獲授權發明專利60余項,實現轉讓和授權使用18項;獲廣東省科學技術獎自然科學二等獎、中國光學學會光學科技獎基礎研究二等獎等。現任中國光學學會生物醫學光子學專委會主任委員, Biomedical Optics Express副編輯、Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences(JIOHS)副主編。

英文簡介

Dr. Junle Qu is a distinguished professor and director of the Center for Biomedical Optics and Photonics at the College of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Shenzhen University. Dr. Qu's research interests include multimodal nonlinear optical imaging, fluorescence lifetime imaging, super-resolution optical imaging, nanobiophotonics technology, and light-induced therapy. He has developed innovative methods for biomedical optical imaging and nonlinear in situ induced photodynamic therapy, resulting in over 500 scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Qu is a Fellow of the International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE), Optical Society of America (Optica), and Chinese Optical Society (COS). He serves as the director of the Biomedical Photonics Committee of the Chinese Optical Society and is an associate editor of Biomedical Optics Express and associate editor-in-chief of the Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences (JIOHS).

劉麗煒,深圳大學特聘教授,博士生導師。國家自然科學基金委杰青、優青獲得者。深圳市 “杰出青年基金”獲得者,深圳市地方級領軍人才。長期從事非線性光學顯微成像技術研究,近五年包括Light Sci. Appl, Adv. Sci, Opt. Lett等期刊發表SCI論文80余篇。主持/完成國家自然科學基金委杰青、重點項目、國際合租項目,國家科技部重點研發計劃課題,以及深圳市重點項目20余項。獲授權發明專利10余項,轉讓2項。獲吉林省自然科學一等獎、科技進步三等獎、深圳市自然科學二等獎、中國光學學會王大珩中青年科技人員獎等。兼任中國光學學會生物醫學光子學專委會副主任委員,中國生物醫學工程學會生物醫學光子學分會候任主委,廣東省生物物理學會副理事長,中國激光青年編委。

Liwei Liua distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor at Shenzhen University. Winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists, recipient of the Shenzhen Outstanding Youth Fund, and recognized as a leading local talent in Shenzhen. I have dedicated myself to the research of nonlinear optical microscopic imaging technology for an extended period, and my recent five-year publication record boasts over 80 SCI papers, including those featured in Light Sci. Appl, Adv. Sci, Opt. Lett and other esteemed journals. I have presided over/completed more than 20 key projects, such as the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the International Cooperation and Exchange Program, the Key research and development project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Shenzhen key project. Over 10 invention patents have been granted and 2 have been transferred. I was awarded the first prize in Natural Science by Jilin Province, the third prize for Science and Technology Progress, the second prize in Natural Science by Shenzhen City, as well as the Wang Daheng Young and Middle-aged Scientific and Technological Personnel Award. I am also chair-designate of the Biomedical Photonics Branch of the Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society, the vice chairman of the Biomedical Photonics Committee of the Chinese Optical Society, the vice chairman of the Guangdong Biophysical Society, and a young editor-in-chief of the “Chinese Journal of Lasers”.

李學金,教授,博士生導師,廣東省“千百十”人才省級培養對象,深圳大學首批優秀學者,任深圳市傳感器技術重點實驗室主任,深圳光纖傳感網工程技術實驗室主任。長期從事光纖傳感器和非線性光學方面的研究工作,在Biosensors and Electronics, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Applied Physics B, Applied Optics, IEEE Sensors Journal, Plasmonics等雜志發表論文180余篇,主編出版教材1部;申請和獲得授權的發明專利30余項;主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、教育部博士學科項目、廣東省自然科學基金項目和廣東省省部產學研合作項目等項目30余項。在光子晶體光纖傳感器研究方面,在國內外具有一定影響。

Professor Xuejin LI, started teaching at Shenzhen University in 1991, and he was a visiting scholar at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2003. He is Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Shenzhen University as well as Director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Sensor Technology, and Director of Shenzhen Optical Sensor Network Engineering Laboratory. As a professor of Physical Electronics, Prof. LI has long been engaged in the study of fiber optic sensors and nonlinear optics. His research interests including Optical fiber temperature sensors, Optical fiber SPR sensors, Optical fiber biosensors based on interference of FP or MZ, Optical fiber biosensors based on SERS, Optical fiber biosensors based on material increase sensitivity, Optical fiber biosensors based on microstructure processing in fibers, etc. He was honored as one among the first Outstanding Scholars of Shenzhen University. He is a member of the editorial board of Sensors and Actuators and an analyst for Optics Letters and other journals. He has published more than 180 papers in different well-known international journals, including Biosensors and Electronics, Optics Express, Applied Physics B, Applied Optics, and IEEE Sensors Journal. He holds more than 30 authorized patents. As a project director, he has undertaken over 30 projects, including the National Science Fund of China, Guangdong Province Natural Science Fund Project, the Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of Ministry of Education, the Province-Ministry Industry-University-Institute Cooperation Project of Guangdong Province, the Shenzhen Science and Technology Project, the Shenzhen Nanshan District Science and Technology Project, the High-level Talents Project of Guangdong Province.

Changrui Liao is Distinguished professor in College of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering at Shenzhen University and holds the position of Director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Ultrafast Laser Micro and Nano Manufacturing. He received PhD degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2012 and then joined in Shenzhen University and successively served as lecturer, associate professor and distinguished professor. Prof. Liao’s research interests lie in ultrafast laser 3D nanolithography and its application in optical fiber sensors, smart chip and new energy. He authored/co-authored 2 book chapters, >200 journal papers and >20 patents in the area of 3D nanolithography and optical fiber sensors. His works were cited >7000 times with an h-index of 51 (SCIE).
