This doctoral program adheres to student-centered approach, guided by the improvement of original innovation and engineering practice abilities, and focuses on cultivating a group of high-level innovative talents and industry backbone in the field of modern electronic information with solid basic knowledge, high professional literacy, strong innovation and practical ability, a sense of mission, responsibility, and a good international perspective.

The main research directions in this field include key technologies and industrial applications such as intelligent generation and processing of digital content, understanding and retrieval of visual and audio content, intelligent distribution and protection of media content, and intelligent terminal display and rendering.

深圳大學電子與信息工程學院副院長，博士生導師，深圳市高層次人才，深圳市教育系統優秀教師，中國航空學會信息融合分會委員，中國電子學會高級會員。專業方向為行為識別、模式識別、數據融合、圖像處理、機器學習、高光譜遙感。在國內外期刊和國際學術會議發表相關論文60余篇，獲授權國家發明專利30余項，國家軟件著作權9項。

Yanshan Li is the deputy dean of the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University.And he is doctoral supervisor, high-level talent in Shenzhen, outstanding teacher of the Shenzhen education system, member of the Information Fusion Branch of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics, and a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. The professional direction is behavior recognition, pattern recognition, data fusion, image processing, machine learning, and hyperspectral remote sensing. He has published more than 60 related papers in domestic and foreign journals and international academic conferences, and has obtained more than 30 national invention patents and 9 national software copyrights.

陳昌盛于2008年獲得中山大學軟件工程學士學位，2013年獲得新加坡南洋理工大學電子與電氣工程系博士學位，2013-2015年于香港科技大學電子與計算機工程系從事博士后研究。目前為深圳大學電子與信息工程學院副教授。當前主要研究方向包括：二維碼、圖像處理、圖像安全與機器學習等。主持國家自然科學基金3項。

Changsheng Chen received the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a PostDoc research associate at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Since 2016, he has been with Shenzhen University, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His current research focus includes multimedia forensics, image processing and machine learning. He has been granted 3 projects from the national natural science foundation of China.
