一、獎學(xué)金簡介

為吸引和鼓勵更多優(yōu)秀的外國學(xué)生來廣東學(xué)習(xí)，大力推動廣東省高等教育留學(xué)生工作健康快速發(fā)展，提升廣東省高等教育的國家影響力和國際化水平，廣東省政府于2013年開始設(shè)立“廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”項目。

二、申請條件

1、申請人須擁有外國國籍，持有有效外國護(hù)照并符合在華留學(xué)的相關(guān)要求，年齡在40周歲以下。

2、申請人應(yīng)在深圳大學(xué)就讀學(xué)歷課程，對華友好，身體健康。

3、申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)已在我校接受正式學(xué)歷教育課程一年（含一年）以上，遵紀(jì)守法，勤奮好學(xué)，成績優(yōu)良，品行端正，沒有違反中國法律法規(guī)和違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)行為紀(jì)錄。

4、申請人應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異，具有相應(yīng)的漢語水平并提供相關(guān)證明（部分直接用英語授課的專業(yè)可適當(dāng)放寬條件），當(dāng)年度必修課課程成績均為良好以上即必修課程成績?yōu)锽以上，本科生2019-2020學(xué)年平均學(xué)分績點(diǎn)應(yīng)為3.4以上，研究生2019-2020學(xué)年平均學(xué)分績點(diǎn)應(yīng)為3.0以上。

5、申請人必須是當(dāng)年沒有享受中國政府各類獎學(xué)金、孔子學(xué)院獎學(xué)金及其他任何中國各級政府資助形式。

6、對學(xué)院、學(xué)校有突出貢獻(xiàn)者給予優(yōu)先考慮。

7、欠繳學(xué)雜費(fèi)者，取消申請資格。

三、獎學(xué)金金額：

本科生：10000元/人；

碩士研究生：20000元/人；

博士研究生：30000元/人。

四、申請時間和方式

申請時間：2020年8月28日-9月4日

申請方式：申請人需要在上述時間內(nèi)將電子材料打包壓縮成ZIP并以“護(hù)照姓名（大寫字母）”命名ZIP文件，發(fā)送至郵箱[email protected]

五、申請材料

1.《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金年度申請表（一）》，由申請人本人簽字。

2.2019-2020學(xué)年成績單。

3. HSK4級或以上考試證書復(fù)印件（僅限中文授課專業(yè)申請者）。提交復(fù)印件的學(xué)生注冊時原件需接受檢查，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)證件偽造將取消錄取資格。

4. 護(hù)照復(fù)印件（有效期內(nèi)的普通護(hù)照）。

5. 電子證件照（同護(hù)照照片尺寸，JPG格式）。

★填寫好《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金年度申請表（一）》后，需將其掃描制成電子版。

★必要時，我校會要求申請人提交補(bǔ)充材料。

★如有可以證明自己綜合能力的文件，如獲獎證書、獎狀等，可在申請時一并提交。

★不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

六、獎學(xué)金評選和結(jié)果公布

申請者9月份報到入學(xué)后，我校將組織專家綜合考慮申請者的學(xué)業(yè)成績、學(xué)術(shù)能力、科研成果和導(dǎo)師意見并確定候選人名單。于2020年9月向廣東省教育廳提交獎學(xué)金候選人名單，由廣東省教育廳對名單進(jìn)行最終審核并確定最終獲獎名單。2020年10月下旬公布獲獎名單。

七、獎學(xué)金的發(fā)放

獲獎名單公布后，將在2020年底由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)至獲得者的個人中國銀行賬戶。

2020 Shenzhen University“Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship”Application Guidelines (For old degree students only)

ⅠOverview

In order to attract and encourage more outstanding foreign students to study in Guangdong, vigorously promote the healthy and rapid development of international students studying in Guangdong Province, raise the national influence and internationalization level of higher education in Guangdong. In 2013, the Government of Guangdong Province set up the "Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong".

ⅡEligibility

1. The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport and be under 40-years-old.

2. The applicants must be degree students of Shenzhen University, be in good health and be friendly to China.

3. The applicants must have already attended degree courses for one year or above at Shenzhen University, have a good academic and moral performance, and abide by Chinese law, regulations as well as university rules.

4. The applicants should have excellent academic peformance and must have good level of Chinese language skills and should be able to provide relevant statement (except for students studying in English-taught programs), and grades of their compulsory courses of that academic year must be B or above. For undergraduate students, GPA of 2019-2020 academic year must be 3.4 or above; for postgraduate students, GPA of 2019-2020 academic year must be 3.0 or above.

5. The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, Confucius Institute scholarship, or any other form of Chinese government funding.

6. Students who have made a great contribution to CIE and SZU can get a priority for scholarship application.

7. Students who defaulted on payment shall be disqualified from application.

ⅢScholarship Amounts

Undergraduate student: 10,000 Yuan/person;

Master student: 20,000 Yuan/person;

PhD student: 30,000 Yuan/person.

ⅢWhen and How to Apply

Application dates: From August 28^thto September 4^th, 2020

Application method: The applicants should put all the digital materials in ZIP archive, name the ZIP archive with “your name on passport (written in all capitals)” and then email it to us[email protected]within designated time.

ⅤRequired Application Materials

1.Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1(It could be downloaded in the attachment files), should be signed by the applicants.

2. Transcripts of 2019 -2020 academic year.

3. Copy of HSK4 or above certificate (only for applicants apply for Chinese taught programs) which will be well examined. The applicants shall be disqualified, if forgery is found.

4. Copy of the information page of the passport (should be within the validity period).

5. Digital identification photo (the same size as the passport photo, and JPG format of the photo).

★After finish filling outGuangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1, please scan it and make it a digital version.

★Supplementary materials would be asked to submit when necessary.

★Substantial documents like certificates of awards, certificates of commendation could raise the profile, the applicants could submit them as well.

★Documents wouldn’t be returned under any circumstances.

ⅤAppraisal and Announcement

After the registration of the applicants, experts will be organized to appraise the applicant's documents and determine the final list of candidates, it will be submitted to the Guangdong provincial education department in September 2020. The Guangdong provincial education department will proceed with final assessment.The list of final winners will be announced in October.

ⅦDistribution

Once the winner list is announced, scholarship will be distributed to the recipient's personal Bank-of-China bank account before the end of December.
