二、學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)年限  Type and Duration of the Programs

1.學(xué)習(xí)方式為全日制。

Type of the programs: full-time

2.學(xué)習(xí)年限一般為4年，最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)8年。

Duration of the programs: Four years (a maximum of eight years)

三、申請(qǐng)資格Eligibility

1.申請(qǐng)人須是非中國(guó)國(guó)籍公民，年滿18周歲且不超過(guò)25周歲，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照，身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。

Applicants must be Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passports and shall be 18-25 years old. He / She should be in good health conditions and of good conduct. He / She should also abide by the Chinese laws, regulations and the rules of the university.

申請(qǐng)當(dāng)年8月31日前未滿18周歲者，須要求按要求提供《未成年人委托書(shū)》。

Applicants under the age of 18 by August 31th in the current year must provide the Power of Attorney as required.

2.高中畢業(yè)及以上學(xué)歷（申請(qǐng)時(shí)尚未畢業(yè)須提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明，最遲在入學(xué)前取得高中畢業(yè)證書(shū)）。

Applicants should be graduated from high school or above （Applicants who are still in the last year of high school can provide expected graduation certificate for submitting application while the official graduation certificate must be provided before enrollment）.

3.滿足相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言水平要求（證書(shū)須在有效期內(nèi)） 。

Applicants should meet the corresponding language level requirements (The language proficiency certificate must be within the validity period).

(1)中文授課專業(yè)Programs taught in Chinese：

①理工科專業(yè)：HSK4級(jí)180分以上

A minimum score of 180 in HSK4 for Science and Engineering

②文科、醫(yī)學(xué)、藝術(shù)專業(yè)：HSK5級(jí)180分以上

A minimum score of 180 in HSK5 for Liberal Arts, Medicine, Arts

③漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育本科：無(wú)HSK要求

No HSK requirement for Chinese Language and Literature & Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages（TCSOL）

(2)英文授課專業(yè)Programs taught in English：

雅思5.5分/托福IBT80/多鄰國(guó)100及以上（英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)者除外）

IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL IBT 80 / Duolingo 100 or above (Excluding English native speaker)

* 母語(yǔ)為漢語(yǔ)或英語(yǔ)者經(jīng)我校認(rèn)定可免交相應(yīng)語(yǔ)言水平證明。

Native speakers of Chinese or English can be exempted from the corresponding language proficiency certificate after being recognized by our university.

4.符合教育部教外函【2020】12號(hào)文件規(guī)定。

Comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education's document [2020] No.12.

中華人民共和國(guó)教育部《教外函〔2020〕12號(hào)》?！耙弧⒁罁?jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)籍法》第五條，父母雙方或一方為中國(guó)公民并定居在外國(guó)，本人出生時(shí)即具有外國(guó)國(guó)籍的，不具有中國(guó)國(guó)籍。自2021年起，其申請(qǐng)作為國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本專科階段學(xué)習(xí)，除符合學(xué)校的其他報(bào)名資格外，還應(yīng)持有有效的外國(guó)護(hù)照或國(guó)籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前）之內(nèi)有在外國(guó)實(shí)際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實(shí)際在外國(guó)居住滿9個(gè)月可按一年計(jì)算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)）。二、祖國(guó)大陸（內(nèi)地）、香港、澳門和臺(tái)灣居民在移民并獲得外國(guó)國(guó)籍后申請(qǐng)作為國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入我高等學(xué)校本?？齐A段學(xué)習(xí)的，應(yīng)滿足本通知第一項(xiàng)要求?！?/span>

The No.12 Document of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Education, PRC is administered by the University. Two important items of the Document are to note. First, according to Article 5 of Nationality Law of The People's Republic of China, a person whose parents are both Chinese citizens and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad, and who has acquired foreign nationality at birth shall not have Chinese nationality. Since 2021, those applying to study at universities or junior colleges of China as international students, should satisfy the following additional requirements:

1) Applicants must hold valid foreign passports or other relevant international recognized documents for at least 4 years; meanwhile, in the latest 4 years (by each April 30th of the year of University registration), the applicants must live overseas for more than 2 years (Living overseas for 9 months in a year can be regarded as 1 year, which is subject to the exit-entry stamps on passport.).

2) Applicants who have immigrated to other countries from the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan and apply to study at universities or junior colleges of China as international students are required to satisfy the 1) requirement.

四、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間及流程 Application Time and Method

The Second Round of Application: From 15th March to 15th May

（二）申請(qǐng)流程 Application Procedure

1.請(qǐng)登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站http://www.bewgkhm.xyz/ 在線報(bào)名。

Please log on website of CIE: http://www.bewgkhm.xyz to register online.

2.進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)填寫(xiě)個(gè)人信息和簽證信息，按要求上傳材料和申請(qǐng)費(fèi)支付憑證，提交申請(qǐng)。

Log in system and fill in personal information and visa information, upload documents as required and the payment voucher of application fee, then submit application.

五、申請(qǐng)材料  Application Materials

請(qǐng)?jiān)谏暾?qǐng)前準(zhǔn)備好以下材料，以便在網(wǎng)絡(luò)申請(qǐng)過(guò)程中上傳。

Please prepare the following materials before applying：

1.高中畢業(yè)證書(shū)、成績(jī)單原件掃描件，應(yīng)屆生可提供就讀高中出具的預(yù)畢業(yè)證明。（入學(xué)前必須取得畢業(yè)證書(shū)，入學(xué)時(shí)將查驗(yàn)）

Scanned copy of high school certification and transcript. Recent graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate which shows your expected graduation time and present the original high school certification, transcripts, and their translations when you register.

4.語(yǔ)言水平證明 （證書(shū)須在有效期內(nèi)）

Language Proficiency Certificate (The language proficiency certificate must be within the validity period)

（1）中文授課專業(yè)（漢語(yǔ)言文學(xué)和漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際教育專業(yè)除外）：

Programs taught in Chinese(Excluding Chinese Language and Literature & Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)：

①理工科專業(yè)：HSK4級(jí)證書(shū)（180分以上）

A minimum score of 180 in HSK4 certification for Science and Engineering

②文科、醫(yī)學(xué)、藝術(shù)專業(yè)：HSK5級(jí)證書(shū)（180分以上）

A minimum score of 180 in HSK5 certification for Liberal Arts, Medicine, Arts

（2）英文授課專業(yè)Programs taught in English：

雅思5.5分/托福IBT80/多鄰國(guó)100及以上（英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)者除外）

IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL IBT 80 / Duolingo 100 or above (Excluding English native speaker)

6.個(gè)人履歷（從小學(xué)至今）

7.申請(qǐng)廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金者請(qǐng)下載《廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》填寫(xiě)完整后再上傳。

Applicants for Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship, please download the form, fill it out and upload it.

8.申請(qǐng)荔園獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金者需提供兩封學(xué)?；蛉握n老師推薦信（推薦人簽字并注明電子郵箱和聯(lián)系電話）和來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃 (500字左右）

Two Recommendation Letters(email, phone number and signature should be included.) and a Study Plan (around 500 words) should be provided if applying for Liyuan International Scholarship.

* 除上述申請(qǐng)材料外，申請(qǐng)人須根據(jù)我校的要求，按時(shí)提交其他補(bǔ)充材料。

In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials required by SZU in time.

* 以上材料均須中文或英文版本，其他語(yǔ)種須提供翻譯件的公證件。

Documents other than Chinese or English are required to be translated and notarized.

* 申請(qǐng)材料不全者不予受理。不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

Applicants who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted. The materials above won’t be returned whether you are admitted or not.

六、錄取流程Admission Procedure

1.申請(qǐng)截止后，各專業(yè)學(xué)院組織專家評(píng)審小組對(duì)申請(qǐng)資料進(jìn)行專業(yè)審核，如有需要，可安排遠(yuǎn)程或當(dāng)面面試。

After the application deadline, professional colleges will organize a panel of experts to review the application documents. During the process, long-distance or face-to-face interviews will be conducted, if necessary.

2.4月，第一批預(yù)錄取結(jié)果將以郵件形式通知學(xué)生；6月，第二批預(yù)錄取結(jié)果將以郵件形式通知學(xué)生。學(xué)生也可在網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)查詢錄取情況。

In April, the first round pre-admission results will be sent to applicants by email. The Second round pre-admission results will be sent in June.  Admission results can be checked through the online application system.

3.7月，確定最終錄取的學(xué)生名單，以郵件形式發(fā)送錄取材料電子件/掃描件。。

In July, after confirmation of the list of admitted applicants, digital version/scanned copies of admission materials will be sent to applicants by email.

4.被錄取的學(xué)生持《錄取通知書(shū)》和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員確認(rèn)表》(JW202)到中國(guó)使(領(lǐng))館申請(qǐng)X1簽證，在抵達(dá)中國(guó)后30天內(nèi)將X1簽證轉(zhuǎn)換成學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可，逾期未辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)者，將做退學(xué)處理。學(xué)校不接受持非學(xué)習(xí)類簽證的學(xué)生報(bào)到入學(xué)。

Admitted students should apply for the X1 visa at the Chinese Embassy (or Chinese Consulate) in their countries of residence with “Shenzhen University Admission Notice” and “Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202)”, and change X1 visa into Residence Permit for foreign students within 30 days after entering China. Students who don’t apply for the relevant visa and Residence Permit will have to drop out. SZU doesn’t accept students with non-student visas for enrollment.

5.被錄取的學(xué)生須根據(jù)《錄取通知書(shū)》上的報(bào)到日期和地點(diǎn)來(lái)校報(bào)到注冊(cè)，不接受學(xué)生提前報(bào)到。

Admitted students must register on-site on the date and at the address stated in “Shenzhen University Admission Notice”. Attempts to register early will not be accepted.

6.報(bào)到時(shí)將核驗(yàn)畢業(yè)證書(shū)原件、語(yǔ)言水平證書(shū)等。未能提供證書(shū)或證書(shū)核驗(yàn)不通過(guò)者，將被取消錄取資格。

The original graduation certificate, language proficiency certificate, etc. will be checked again at the time of registration. Those who fail to provide certificate document or fail the certificate verification will be canceled the admission.

七、費(fèi)用 Fees

1.申請(qǐng)費(fèi)：400元人民幣/60美金，申請(qǐng)費(fèi)一經(jīng)支付，一律不予退還。未按時(shí)支付申請(qǐng)費(fèi)的申請(qǐng)不予受理。

提交申請(qǐng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將申請(qǐng)費(fèi)匯入我校指定賬號(hào)。

Application Fee: 400 RMB/ 60 USD. Once the application fee is paid, it will be non-refundable. Applications will not be reviewed for those who have not paid the application fee.

Application fee should be paid to the designated account of SZU by wire transfer before submitting the application.

2.學(xué)費(fèi)Tuition Fee

文科：26000RMB/每人/每學(xué)年

Liberal arts: 26,000 RMB/person/year

理科：30000RMB/每人/每學(xué)年

Science & Engineering: 30,000RMB/person/year

醫(yī)學(xué)、藝術(shù)、體育類： 40000RMB/每人/每學(xué)年

Medicine, Arts, Physical: 40,000 RMB/person/year

3.住宿與保險(xiǎn) Accommodation and Insurance

（1）住宿： 粵海校區(qū)宿舍設(shè)有單人間和雙人間可供選擇，費(fèi)用為2400-8000RMB/人/學(xué)期；麗湖校區(qū)宿舍為四人間，費(fèi)用為750RMB/人/學(xué)期。學(xué)生需按房型自行繳納住宿費(fèi)。（水電費(fèi)另外計(jì)收）

Accommodation: Single rooms and double-bed rooms are all available on Yuehai campus, the fees vary from 2,400 to 8,000 RMB for per student per semester. Four-bed room is available on Lihu campus, the fees is 750 RMB for per student per semester. Students need to pay for the dormitory by themselves. (Water and electricity charges are not included)

（2）保險(xiǎn)：400元/學(xué)期。外國(guó)留學(xué)生須購(gòu)買我校指定的團(tuán)體綜合保險(xiǎn)，注冊(cè)報(bào)到時(shí)到國(guó)際交流學(xué)院購(gòu)買，對(duì)于未按要求購(gòu)買保險(xiǎn)者，我校將不予辦理入學(xué)注冊(cè)手續(xù)。

Insurance: 400RMB/semester. International students should purchase the group all-risk insurance designated by SZU. Students are required to purchase insurance from the College of International Exchange on registration day. Those who do not purchase the insurance as required will not be able to get registered.

國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship	登陸國(guó)際中文教師獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)(cis.chinese.cn)，在規(guī)定的申請(qǐng)時(shí)間內(nèi)提交申請(qǐng)。同時(shí)須在我校網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)（http://www.bewgkhm.xyz）報(bào)名，按要求提交材料。 Log on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://cis.chinese.cn) and submit application before the designated date. At the same time, you are required to submit application in our online application system (http://www.bewgkhm.xyz).
