為提高學(xué)校的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，推進(jìn)學(xué)校高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)和國(guó)際化進(jìn)程，鼓勵(lì)我校外國(guó)留學(xué)生努力學(xué)習(xí)、積極向上，投身科研事業(yè)，我校參照廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金。現(xiàn)將2020年深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金的申請(qǐng)通知如下：

一、申請(qǐng)各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金者均須符合以下基本條件：

（一）我校就讀且本學(xué)期已注冊(cè)的世界各國(guó)留學(xué)生。

（二）無(wú)違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)及校紀(jì)校規(guī)的行為。

（三）在校留學(xué)生需積極參加學(xué)校組織的各類(lèi)學(xué)生活動(dòng)，表現(xiàn)良好。

二、具體項(xiàng)目

（一）優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）未獲得2020年廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,且在我校就讀本科、碩士留學(xué)生。

（2）已在我校正式完成一年以上所讀層次學(xué)歷課程學(xué)習(xí)。

（3）成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，2019-2020學(xué)年度必修課程成績(jī)須及格，且在該學(xué)年中，本科生平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)須在3.4以上，碩士生學(xué)年度平均學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)須在3.0以上。

（4）積極參加學(xué)校組織的各類(lèi)學(xué)生活動(dòng)，表現(xiàn)良好。

2.資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

本科生：10000元/人，碩士生：15000元/人。

（二）競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金

1.申請(qǐng)條件

由學(xué)校派出，參加2019-2020學(xué)年度國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)、市級(jí)比賽并獲三等獎(jiǎng)及以上（包含三等獎(jiǎng)）者，需提供相關(guān)獲獎(jiǎng)等級(jí)證書(shū)（團(tuán)體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)發(fā)放的金額按照申請(qǐng)?jiān)搱F(tuán)體項(xiàng)目的人數(shù)進(jìn)行分配）。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（1）獲國(guó)家級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（入圍及以上）

資助金額：5000-10000元（一等獎(jiǎng)：10000元；二等獎(jiǎng)：7500元；三等獎(jiǎng)：5000元）。

（2）獲省級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（入圍及以上）

資助金額：2000-5000元（一等獎(jiǎng)：5000元；二等獎(jiǎng)：3500元；三等獎(jiǎng)：2000元）。

（3）獲市級(jí)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)的各類(lèi)在校留學(xué)生（三等獎(jiǎng)及以上）

資助金額：1000-1500元（一等獎(jiǎng)：1500元；二等獎(jiǎng)：1250元；三等獎(jiǎng)：1000元）。

（三）社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)

1.申請(qǐng)條件

（1）在2019-2020學(xué)年度中，積極參加學(xué)校各項(xiàng)集體活動(dòng)，熱心為同學(xué)服務(wù)，并能協(xié)助學(xué)校留學(xué)生管理部門(mén)開(kāi)展工作，在留學(xué)生中表現(xiàn)突出，且應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生或其他國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目有重要貢獻(xiàn)。

（2）上述學(xué)年度所修必修課程成績(jī)須及格。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

（1）突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)：一等：10000元/人，二等：6000元/人，三等：2000元/人。

（2）貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)：1000元/人。

（四）HSK過(guò)級(jí)獎(jiǎng)

1.申請(qǐng)條件

參加漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK），通過(guò)五級(jí)（260分以上）或六級(jí)（240分以上）者，取得HSK證書(shū)時(shí)間為2019年9月1日至2020年8月31日。

2.獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（按分?jǐn)?shù)高低排序,各選5名）

（1）5級(jí)：600元/人。

（2）6級(jí)：800元/人。

三、申請(qǐng)方式和申請(qǐng)材料

（一）申請(qǐng)時(shí)段：2020年12月28日-2021年1月8日。

（二）申請(qǐng)方式：

（1）優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金：按照相關(guān)要求到所屬學(xué)院進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)。

（2）競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)、HSK過(guò)級(jí)獎(jiǎng)：在中國(guó)境內(nèi)學(xué)生將紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)材料交至國(guó)際交流學(xué)院320辦公室；不在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)生將電子版申請(qǐng)材料通過(guò)郵件發(fā)送至[email protected]。聯(lián)系人：吳老師、劉老師，聯(lián)系電話：86-755-23180757/86678400。

（三）申請(qǐng)材料：

1.優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

（1）《深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》一份；

（2）相關(guān)材料：2019-2020學(xué)年成績(jī)單等。

2.競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金

（1）《深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金申請(qǐng)表》一份；

（2）相關(guān)證明材料：國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)比賽者需提供相關(guān)證明材料，市級(jí)比賽獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咝杼峁┇@獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)等。

3.社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)

（1）《深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)申請(qǐng)表》一份；

（2）相關(guān)證明材料：2019-2020學(xué)年度成績(jī)單、社會(huì)工作業(yè)績(jī)介紹及相關(guān)證明材料。

4.HSK過(guò)級(jí)獎(jiǎng)

（1）《深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生HSK過(guò)級(jí)獎(jiǎng)申請(qǐng)表》一份；

（2）HSK成績(jī)單一份。

四、其它

（一）若申請(qǐng)者同時(shí)申報(bào)競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金、社會(huì)工作獎(jiǎng)，按獎(jiǎng)金金額就高原則確定該生最終獲取的具體獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

（二）獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金數(shù)額及名額會(huì)根據(jù)屆時(shí)實(shí)際情況稍作調(diào)整，申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的評(píng)審結(jié)果為差額，按評(píng)審分?jǐn)?shù)排名確定。

（三）申請(qǐng)人如有違反中國(guó)法律或?qū)W校校紀(jì)校規(guī)行為，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)資格立即取消，獲獎(jiǎng)留學(xué)生則撤銷(xiāo)獲獎(jiǎng)榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)金，上述學(xué)生取消其第二年評(píng)選資格。

Notice on Application for 2020 Shenzhen University International Student Scholarship and Rewards

In order to enhance the international competitiveness of Shenzhen University, accelerate university’s globalization process, seek to become a high-level university, and generate high motivation towards current international students, the university hereby establishes the following awards and scholarships for the international students of Shenzhen University according to relevant criteria of Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship. The announcement of the selection of the international student scholarship and rewards of Shenzhen University in 2020 is as follows:

1. Applicants for various types of scholarships and awards must meet the following basic requirements:

(1) International students whom enrolled in Shenzhen University and registered in the first semester of 2020-2021 academic year.

(2) No violation of Chinese laws and regulations and school disciplines.

(3) International students at school must actively participate in various student activities organized by the school and perform well.

2. Type of Scholarship and Rewards

(1) Outstanding Student Scholarship

a. Detailed Requirements

[1] International Students who have not won the 2020 Guangdong Provincial Government Scholarship for International St udents and are studying in Shenzhen University for undergraduate and master's degree.

[2] Students have completed more than one year's degree education of the current degree programme in our university.

[3] All the grade of compulsory courses taken in 2019-2020 academic year are require to pass with Excellent performance for an average GPA of 3.4 or above for undergraduate student in 2019-2020 academic year, or excellent performance with an average GPA of 3.0 or above for graduate students in 2019-2020 academic year.

[4] Actively participate in various student activities organized by the school and perform well.

b. Award criteria

Undergraduate: 10000 yuan/person; Master: 15000 yuan/person

(2) Competition Bonus

a. Detailed Requirements

Those sent by the school to participate in the 2019-2020 academic year national, provincial and municipal competitions and win the third prize or above (including the third prize) shall provide the relevant award level certificate. (Amount of group awards given shall refer to the amount of individual awards in the corresponding awards).

b. Award criteria

National level: 5000-10000yuan/per year（First prize: 10000 yuan; Second prize: 7500 yuan; Third prize: 5000 yuan)

Provincial level: 2000-5000yuan /per year （First prize: 5000 yuan; Second prize: 3500 yuan; Third prize: 2000 yuan)

City level: 1000-1500yuan /per year （First prize: 1500 yuan; Second prize: 1250 yuan; Third prize: 1000 yuan)

(3) Community Service Award

a. Detailed Requirements

Applicants must satisfy all of the following:

A) In the 2019-2020 academic year, students actively participate in various school collective activities, enthusiastically serve classmates, and be able to assist the school's department of international student management in work, or have contribution to other important international cooperation projects or admission of international students.

B) The grades of the compulsory courses required for the above academic year must be 60 or above.

b. Scholarship criteria

Outstanding Service Award: （First prize: 10000 yuan; Second prize: 6000 yuan; Third prize: 2000 yuan)

Service Award: 1000yuan / person

(4) HSK Award

a. Detailed Requirements

Applicants must pass HSK level 5（above 260 points）or 6（above 240 points）.The time for obtaining the HSK certificate must be from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020.

b. Scholarship Criteria (sorted by score, 5 candidates each)

level 5: 600yuan/person

level 6: 800yuan/person

3. Preparation of application method and materials

(1)Time for Application: December 28 2020-January 8, 2021

(2) Method for Application:

(a) Outstanding Student Scholarship: Apply at the belonging college in accordance with the relevant requirements.

(b) Competition Bonus, Community Service Award and HSK Award: Students in China should submit the paper application materials to Office 320 at College of International Exchange; students who are not in China should send the electronic application materials to [email protected] by email. a. Outstanding Student Scholarship:

1) Application Form of Outstanding Student Scholarship of International Student of Shenzhen University.

2) Relevant materials: transcripts for the 2019-2020 academic year, etc.

b. Competition Bonus:

1) Application Form for Shenzhen University International Student Competition Bonus.

2) Relevant documents: National and provincial contestants must provide relevant certification materials, and municipal competition winners must provide award certificates.

c. Community Service Award:

1) Application Form for Shenzhen University International Student Community Service Awards;

2) Relevant certification materials: transcripts for the 2019-2020 academic year,  social work performance introduction and relevant certification materials

d. HSK Award:

1) Application Form for Shenzhen University International Student HSK Awards;

2) The HSK certificate.

4. Others

(1) If the applicant applies for an outstanding student scholarship, competition award, and social work award at the same time, the specific award that the student finally receives will be determined on the principle of high bonus amount.

(2) The number of scholarships will be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation at that time. It is a competitive scholarship, and the result is determined by the ranking of the evaluation scores.

(3) In the case in which an applicant of the scholarship is found of breaking state law or university regulations, his or her application is immediately withdrawn, any given award will be canceled, and such student will be ineligible for scholarship in the following year.
