2020年深圳大學留學生寒假咨詢工作的指引
全校留學生:
根據學校2020年寒假期間的工作指示,國際交流學院結合實際情況,現將留學生寒假期間的有關咨詢工作的安排告知全體留學生。
1.開學
學校確定不早于2月24日之前開學,所有學生(包括新生和老生)一律不準提前到校。具體開學時間請關注:班級微信群、留學生微信大群、學校公文通、各學院網站或郵件發布的最新通知;
2.簽證
老生居留許可延期將在正式開學后辦理,如居留許可在開學前過期的學生,請發郵件聯系國際交流學院吳老師;
3. 報名
沒有獲得簽證的新生,現已不接受報名;
4.緩考、補考及各類考試
原定2月17日-2月21日的學歷生緩考補考、各種分班、插班或者漢語水平考試,調整到開學后再進行,請留學生等候學校的進一步安排;
5.在校留學生,如需申請回自己的國家,請聯系宿舍管理員,并報給國際交流學院學生事務部劉威老師,請發郵件:[email protected];

Guidelines for International Students' Advisory Affairs during the Winter Holidays of 2020
Dear all International Students:
Regarding the related affairs of international students during the winter vacation of 2020, the College of International Exchange will arrange the work according to the school's deployment and arrange as follows:
1. Start of a new semester
The new semester are delayed, and start no earlier than February 24th. All students (including freshmen and seniors) are not allowed to arrive early. For the specific start time, please pay attention to the latest announcements published by the classWeChat group,International student's WeChat group,the school's official website, the website of each college or email.
2. Visa
The student's visas will be processed after the school term officially start, if your visa expired before the school term, please contact Ms Wu.
3. Registration
The freshmen who do not have visas are not accepting for registration.
4. Postpone exam and Make-up exam
The postpone exam and make-up exam for the degree students originally scheduled from February 17th to February21th will be adjusted after the start of the school. The specific exam time will need to wait for specific notification arrangements of the school.
5. For international students whom still live at campus, if you need to return to your country, please contact the Dormitory Management Office to fill out the relevant application form, and report to Mr. Liu through email:[email protected].
6. Involving other affairs, teacher will in charge during non-duty hours, the students can inquire through emails as follows:
