大家好！

由于受世界疫情的影響，為了保障大家的生命安全，原計劃4月初大家返校后開展的課堂教學(xué)難以實施，因此4月7日直至本學(xué)期期末，我院一直要采用線上教學(xué)，我院對此深感遺憾。

為保證同學(xué)們擁有良好的學(xué)習(xí)條件、獲得滿意的學(xué)習(xí)效果，學(xué)院做了一切嘗試與努力：比如為了確保大家獲得最好的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我院自費5萬多元購買功能齊全的ZOOM平臺，并舉辦多場講座培訓(xùn)師生熟練使用該平臺；為了幫助大家熟悉了解新學(xué)期的新課程、新的學(xué)習(xí)平臺，學(xué)院免費為大家上了兩周的輔導(dǎo)課（3月16日-3月27日）；全體老師精心備課，竭盡全力適應(yīng)新情況、采用新技術(shù)新辦法；學(xué)院免費為海內(nèi)外的留學(xué)生寄送教材、口罩、物資等；全體行政人員到校值班，接受同學(xué)們的咨詢并及時解決各種各樣的問題；學(xué)生部的班主任老師、輔導(dǎo)員每天發(fā)送信息、安撫大家；學(xué)院從學(xué)校其他學(xué)院招募優(yōu)秀的中國學(xué)生陪伴大家一對一學(xué)習(xí)；學(xué)院連續(xù)2次通過問卷調(diào)查了解大家的困難和訴求。希望大家能感受到我們釋放的誠意與付出的努力。

現(xiàn)將本學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)安排告知如下：

• 學(xué)期安排

根據(jù)校教務(wù)部通知，本學(xué)期課程（含期末考試）將于2020年7月3日結(jié)束。

• 期末考試安排

根據(jù)校教務(wù)部發(fā)布的《關(guān)于2019-2020學(xué)年第二學(xué)期期末考試有關(guān)事項的通知》，我院結(jié)合自己的實際情況自行安排考試，老師通過大作業(yè)、口試、線上隨堂考試等進(jìn)行考核，該工作將于6月29日至7月3日期間完成。

三、 提供咨詢服務(wù)

Statement from College of International Exchange on

the Arrangement of the Second Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year Language Students

Dear Language Students,

Due to the impact of the global Covid-19 epidemic, in order to protect your life and safety, it is difficult to carry out the original teaching plan based on your return in early April. Therefore, from April 7 to the end of this semester, the college has no better option but to continue with the online teaching. We are deeply sorry for this.

The college has made every attempt and effort to ensure that students have good learning conditions and obtain satisfactory learning results. For example, the college has purchased the fully functional ZOOM platform service at the price of more than 50,000 Yuan, and held several lectures to train teachers and students to more skillfully use the platform. To help you get familiar with the new courses and the new learning platform of the new semester, the college has given you two weeks' tutorial free of charge (March 16^thto March 27^th). All the teachers have carefully prepared their lessons and tried their best to adapt to new situations and adopt new techniques and methods. The college has posted teaching materials, face masks and supplies to international students at home and abroad. The administrative staff have come back on duty, providing consultation and solutions to various problems in time; The head teachers and counselors in the student department have been sending messages and comfort to everyone on daily bases and the college has recruited excellent Chinese students from other colleges to be one-on-one study partners. The college has also conducted questionnaire surveys twice in a row to collect difficulties and demands. We hope you could feel the sincerity and effort.

The learning arrangement of this semester is hereby informed as follows:

I. Semester Arrangement

According to the Teaching Affairs Office of Shenzhen University, all courses of this semester (including the final exam) will end on July 3, 2020.

II. Final Exam Arrangement

According to “the notice on the final exam of the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year” issued by the Teaching Affairs Office of Shenzhen University, we will arrange the exams by ourselves based on our actual situation, and the teacher will assess via assignments, oral exams and online exams etc., which will be conducted from June 29 and July 3.

III. Consultation Service
